"Buster B. Jones is the best fingerpicker I’ve heard since Jerry Reed. He plays like he’s double parked." – Chet Atkins
"Buster B. Jones is an acoustic player, a fingerpicker, a country flavored soloist, and he’s one of the finest players we've heard in years... His technique is only a means to an end. His true gifts are his melodic sense, innate musicianship, unfailing human, and brilliant improvisational powers. He can drive a tune with fluid rhythmic force or stroke it with sensuous, loving touch... He’s a monster player with chops galore, great ideas and an encyclopedic reservoir of guitaristic influences." – Guitar Player Magazine
The style of Jerry Reed is a unique blend of syncopated rhythms, banjo-style rolls and brilliant chord voicings that brings a new dimension to fingerstyle guitar. Walking bass-lines, chromatic runs, double-stops and counterpoint melodies are seamlessly joined by Jerry’s unique "claw" style right-hand technique which is essential to getting his sound. In this dvd lesson Buster B. Jones teaches you all the necessary elements to play like Jerry Reed.

Review: Great Songs!!! Buster makes it look easy, but trust me its not. There is some challenging material here especially Jerry's Breakdown. Don't know if I'll ever get that one up to speed. He breaks down the individual parts of each song and plays an up to speed version and a really slow version. I think Buster was a great player and teacher and his love and respect for Jerry Reed's music is evident. Unfortunately Buster is no longer with us but he left a few DVDs to teach us and I hope to try some of his other ones. This is probably for intermediate to advanced players, it might be a little difficult for beginners!!! – David S. Jones/Amazon Customer Review
Review: Accurate Tab + Great Video For Intermediate and Above.
The tablature booklet alone is worth the price of admission. Where else can you find these songs tabbed out like this? This is definitely for intermediate to advanced players.I was able to learn most the songs quickly, but a couple of them are killers! When Buster is having to concentrate on the video, you know its gotta be hard to play. – C. Moore/Amazon Customer Review
